Today we're thinking public science with Barcelona Fun Science Meetup group member Marta, and her public workshop project "La Corda del Temps" at the Fiesta de Gracia.

La Corda del Temps (in Catalan) is an interactive public workshop to explore our place in time, and where major scientific events fit in - aimed at children and families.

We loved the opportunity to see science communication in action here in Barcelona, and it gave us lots of things to think about in relating activities to the audience, how to connect people with scientific content, and how public spaces can be used to provide an easy-access route to spark curiosity in members of the public.

Thanks for inviting us along, Marta!
