This week, we're brushing up on our Spanish and heading over to Campus Gutenberg 2016, a Barcelona conference dedicated to the thriving local science communciation community.

Throughout the course of the 2-day conference, our founder Rachel learnt all about the differences between public and researcher perceptions about how educated the public are, project pitching & science entrepreneurship in Barcelona, and attended a fantastic workshop lead by Yoran and the team over at Scientists Dating Forum.

We also made some great connections with local science engagement specialists, and the team behind the amazing Citizen Science app Mosquito Alert - watch this space for a future collaboration!
