It's time for the biggest, best science party of the year....the Barcelona Fun Science Christmas Party, which this year is going to be all about Cheese!
Join us on Monday, 12th December for an exclusive session hosted by Rachel from Barcelona Fun Science and the excellent gang at La Republique du Fromage. We'll be learning all about the history and science behind how cheese is made, accompanied by a meal and guided 7-cheese tasting with Marc, who will be telling us all about the different types of cheeses - how they are made, and what makes them look, feel and taste so different.
Rachel and Tim checked it out last night, and it's pretty damn special...
As always, we'll also be getting to grips with the key ideas by doing it ourselves! We will be exploring the basic principles by making our own ricotta cheese together which you'll be able to take home.
Add in an awesome bunch of fun, curious people, a Christmas prize draw and a few other surprise activities, and it's going to be a night to remember - don't miss out!
